Producer and wine records derived from public > TTB COLA filings, enriched, and cross-verified -- every field carries a > source (ttb / producer_verified / ai_inferred / editorial / government_stats > / trade_report) and a confidence level. Producer-verified fields are > attested by the winery and cryptographically signed (Ed25519, hash-chained > transparency log). ## Machine access - MCP endpoint: `https://enology.ai/api/mcp` (Streamable HTTP, JSON-RPC 2.0). Requires a bearer API key -- request one via the portal at `https://portal.enology.ai`, or see `GET /api/mcp` for the manifest and contact info. Free hobbyist tier available. - Every producer/wine HTML page also serves a JSON alternate at the same path under `/api/...` (see each page's ``), and embeds schema.org JSON-LD directly in the page ``. - Stable entity identifiers ("EIDs") and how to resolve/verify them independently: `https://enology.ai/identifier`. - Sitemaps: `https://enology.ai/robots.txt` lists every producer and wine sitemap chunk. ## Coverage ~248K producers, ~850K wines, sourced from federal TTB label-approval records.
